Skin rejuvenation
Photorejuvenation is obtained thanks to lasers and intense light pulses whose length of the waves corresponds to the target concerned: natural collagen, intradermic water, pigmentary or vascular lesions, all these constituents alter whether there is early ageing of the skin or not.
The lasers are :
- Neodyme-Yag long pulse
- Laser colouring pulse
- Erbium under ablative
The light is :
- The intense pulsed light or lamp flash
- The intense pulsed light, radiofrequency
They permit a remodelling of the skin of the face and lower neckline without pain, nor uncomfortable red blotches, and the improvement of the tone as well as the progressively improving small lines in the clarity of the skin improves from one session to the next.
Example of the treatment of lines with intense pulsed light:

The general aspect of the skin which begins to age is above all linked to the harmful and cumulative repeated exposures to the sun:
The UV rays twist the components of the skin, notably the collagen and the elastin.
However, genetic factors, intrinsic, the ailments of the skin (rosacea…) also intervene.
For some years, the signs of ageing take place in younger and younger people (sun culture, pollution…)and with older patients having been really abused by the sun, these signs are more pronounced:
- Type 1 alteration: red blotches, hyperpigmentation, lentigines, a burnt colour.
- Type 2 alterations: dilated pores, loss of elasticity, a blotched aspect to the skin, lines.
The new lasers and light permits without abrasion, crossing the epidermis without damaging it, to create a heat in the dermis thus acting on the three targets of the dermis: the microcapillaries, the pigments and the activation of the fibroblastes, generating cells with new natural collagen.
This process can be undertaken just as well preventatively from the appearance of lines as well as on established lines.
Several sessions are advised (five at least) separated by a month. They permit the progressive stimulation of natural collagen, leaving the epidermis Intact and permit the resumption of usual activities immediately after the session, without supplementary precautions.
The different lasers and light concerned are alternatively utilised from one session to another and the order of their utilisation is done according to the aspect of the skin and the type and depth of he lesions.
The first results are observed at the end of 1 to 3 months with the improvement of the aspect of the skin.
When the signs of ageing are advanced the re-smoothing laser can be proposed:anti-wrinkle treatment.
